Constant connectivity, numbers pressure and ongoing change make stress and change resilience a core work skill. This 60-minute interactive session looks at the individual and organizational traits that lead to burnout, the stages of burnout, and how task and support teams can act as a buffer.
Using the Stress Doc's "Get FIT" approach, you'll gain tools for burnout prevention and recovery, psychological hardiness and "Natural Speed". You'll also learn ways to deal with loss and change, defuse self-defeating power struggles and set boundaries in a positive way.
The session closes with playful storytelling that breaks down status barriers and builds a more open, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
